Ashu Goel is the founder and CEO of WinWire Technologies. Ashu has a strong technology management and consulting background, with a blend of more than 30 years of experience working at leading organizations like A.T. Kearney and Microsoft. Ashu founded WinWire in 2007 to help customers gain competitive advantage through innovative software solutions.
Ashu is passionate about exploring the impact of technology to assist social causes (#socialtech) as well as the need for empathy due to the impact of increasing advances in technology (#empathytech).
Prior to WinWire, Ashu was at Microsoft helping lead the Microsoft Consulting Services as well as Microsoft Technology Centers around the globe. Ashu also served in a leadership position at A.T. Kearney. He is a Haas MBA graduate from Berkeley and has a BS from IIT Roorkee.
Vineet Arora, Chief Technology Officer, has over 24 years of experience in the IT Services Industry and is a Microsoft Azure certified architect. Vineet is responsible for technology consulting engagements focused mainly on the Microsoft platform but expanding horizons in the recent years. At WinWire he manages the technical solutions team, envisioning new solutions, key customer engagement management and also involved in architecting the solutions while trying to balance time to understand trends in the industry as well as in technology!
As a Microsoft’s Partner CSA (Cloud Solution Architect), Vineet helps Microsoft technical sales team as a part of the managed partner program. Prior to joining WinWire, Vineet worked in Microsoft Consulting Services for over 7 years as a consultant and a senior architect focused on delivering solutions on Microsoft’s enterprise app servers.

Kalyan G, Chief Revenue Officer, has been helping customers across the globe gain competitive advantage through innovative software solutions and system integration services. He has helped numerous customers realize the technology transformation vision and is responsible for the overall revenue growth at WinWire including GTM Strategy, Sales and Business Development (BD).
Before WinWire, he was a founding member and Head of Sales and BD at Proxce (A SaaS platform enabling context-aware frictionless experience using IoT and AI). Prior to incubating Proxce, Kalyan has held various sales management roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra and Infosys. His primary expertise is selling platform-driven digital transformation initiatives to customers across various Industries and Geographies.
He is a management graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore.
Subhash Poojari, VP – Global Delivery, brings in over 20 years of IT Services experience to WinWire Technologies. Subhash has been associated with WinWire since 2008 and has led multiple customer engagements in various roles. Prior to joining WinWire, he worked for Wipro Technologies for around 9 years and National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mumbai for over 2 years. At Wipro, he has handled large, complex projects for European customers in the areas of Telecom Billing, Customer Care, and Service Assurance and in Finance domain at NSE.
At WinWire, Subhash leads the entire Global Delivery managing the delivery team in the US, Bangalore, and Hyderabad and is responsible for successful delivery to all our customers. Subhash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
Subba Rao, VP – Finance and Administration, has over 18 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. His responsibilities at WinWire Technologies include looking after Accounts, Finance, Admin, and Legal functions.
He comes with rich experience in managing Finance & Operations within service and manufacturing industry. Subba has a postgraduate in Financial Management.
Vilas Pratapwant, VP – Business Development, has over 25 years of experience in IT consulting and has been involved in strategic planning, sales, account management, alliances, operations and organizational development. With a broad understanding of markets in North America, EMEA and India, he brings a good blend of business savvy and technical skills.
His responsibilities at WinWire Technologies includes defining and managing inside sales, staff augmentation, sales & marketing and key client & vendor relationships. Vilas has a MS in Computer Engineering from Villanova University and a BE in Electronics & Communication from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
